I am an IT engineer with over 20 years of experience in building and maintaining infrastructure for medium and large organizations. I combine the roles of architect, administrator and technical leader. My main focus areas are computer networks, IT security and ERP business systems – environments where stability, security and predictability matter more than “gadgets”.
On a daily basis, I work mainly with networks and infrastructure. I design and develop LAN/WAN/VPN environments based on Fortigate, MikroTik, pfSense, Unifi and Extreme. I connect them with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware, Proxmox) and ERP systems so that everything works as one coherent environment. I also design solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, planning a sensible split of services between cloud and on‑premise and keeping things simple for end users.
I have a strong background in databases, especially Oracle – from designing and configuring environments, through performance and security tuning, to building business reports and dashboards (BI). Thanks to this, I move confidently between infrastructure, applications and data, treating IT as one integrated ecosystem rather than separate silos.

I hold an MBA IT degree from Kozminski University in Warsaw – a leading business school in Poland and the region – from a program that combines classical MBA content (strategy, finance, management, leadership) with IT and digital transformation. This program helped frame my hands‑on experience from server rooms, networks and implementation projects in a business context. Today I can more easily translate organizational requirements into concrete technical solutions, costs and risks, instead of looking at infrastructure in isolation from the company.
I feel best in roles where responsibility for infrastructure goes hand in hand with a broader view of the organization – whether we call it IT Manager, Infrastructure Lead or Network and Security Architect.
Outside of work I still enjoy playing with technology. As a hobby I develop projects in the areas of smart homes, automation and AI, and I design and print custom parts on 3D printers. I also use my amateur ham‑radio licence to experiment with radio communications. I like turning ideas into working prototypes quickly – whether at home or at work.
